Mia Decker-Steckhahn is a photographer and videographer who first picked up a camera over 10 years ago. Her exploration into the art world was fueled by her ever-lasting goal to stop time. This new dive into video allows for others to feel the moment she wants captured. Mia hopes for the viewer to wish the same as she does, to just have a little more cognizance. Caitlin Hackett is a photographer whose focus has been on nature, light, and color contrast. Her interest in photography stemmed from her initial drawings and paintings of nature and landscapes. Caitlin’s decision to broaden her comfort zone and include human subjects is what drives this exhibition.
