The Kappa Pi Art Honor Society at TCNJ presents its first exhibition, “All Cats Are Grey in the Dark.”
The artists in the show have explored the concept of “light and dark” in a wide variety of mediums and styles, ranging from photography to installation pieces and audio. Some have taken the idea literally, dealing in light and dark colors, and others are object based, focusing on creating light and dark environments. Still, others have interpreted the theme metaphorically, using it to explore other binaries as well as delve into human emotions surrounding memory and pain. All the works take this relatively simple theme and push it into new, grey areas.
